2. SERVICES

The game is provided "as is", and we may update, change, or discontinue the service at any time. We strive to provide a fair and balanced competitive environment, but we don't guarantee 100% server uptime or bug-free operation.

3. PAYMENT

Stumble Guys is free to play but contains in-app purchases for virtual items like skins and emotes. These purchases are final and non-refundable according to our refund policy and individual platform (App Store/Play Store) guidelines.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, graphics, symbols, and gameplay mechanics of Stumble Guys are owned by Scopely or its licensors. You have a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the game for non-commercial purposes only.

5. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopely shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to your play. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile operator or ISP.

6. DISPUTES

In case of any dispute or claim arising from these terms or the game service, both parties agree to first seek informal resolution. If that fails, the dispute will be settled according to the laws of California, USA.
